Our Beginnings
Combo Industries was established in 1963 by Gerry Bosman in Edwardstown, South Australia.
Beginning with chassis and utility body modifications for Chrysler and Toyota, the business quickly expanded into the manufacture of commercial vehicle bodies for light and heavy vehicles.

Building a Reputation
Over the decades, Combo Industries has built a strong reputation for practical design, quality workmanship and reliable Australian-made manufacturing.
The business was later acquired by Darryl Barber, who continued to grow and modernise operations while maintaining the company’s commitment to durable, functional transport solutions.
The Next Generation
Today, Combo Industries enters its next generation under the ownership of Jason Barber, continuing a long-standing family commitment to quality manufacturing and long-term customer relationships.
Operating from Wingfield, South Australia, Combo Industries combines more than 60 years of industry experience with modern manufacturing processes to deliver durable, practical vehicle body solutions built for Australian conditions.
